Edusoft Robotix specialises in educational robotics kits. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or components may occur. Our products are intended strictly for educational purposes and should be used under appropriate adult supervision, particularly for younger children, to ensure safety and maximise the learning experience.
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and standard secure online payment methods. Full payment must be received and authorised before any order is dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Edusoft Robotix cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your K-12 robotics products. If you receive a defective or damaged kit, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Items returned for other reasons must be in their original, unopened packaging. Customised or digital educational materials are non-refundable.
